LAS VEGAS – Attendees at Prosper Show 2024 looked for ways to maximize sales, but what about the less glamorous necessities of FBA reimbursement claims and refund requests?
Max Borin and Yoni Mazor founded Getida (booth pictured here during Prosper Show 2024) in 2015 to help sellers with these tasks, while also navigating the pitfalls and intricacies of the Amazon marketplace structure. Through Amazon FBA auditing, Getida officials are able to find reimbursement solutions and boost seller profitability by securing more in FBA recovery.
“As an authorized Amazon Selling Partner and member of the Amazon Emerald Program, they’ve helped tens of thousands of sellers reimagine reimbursements as an additional revenue stream,” says Lisa Kinskey, marketing & partnership manager, Getida. “Pair their auditing platform with their expert claims team and you’ve got a one-two combination that looks out for your money and your Amazon business’ growth. Getida’s auditing technology focuses on discovering and resolving logistical and financial discrepancies.”
Borin and Mazor know the intricacies of FBA reimbursement claims, FBA refunds, and FBA inventory reports. They came to realize that there was not an efficient system and service in place to properly handle Amazon sellers’ FBA auditing needs.
“FBA reimbursement claim filing windows range from 3 months to 18 months,” Kinskey adds. “It’s imperative that Amazon Sellers file for reimbursement shortly after the discrepancy occurs to avoid missing out on their opportunity to recoup lost funds.”
With mid-July probable for Amazon Prime Day, Getida is preparing, as are most sellers. Two months out, Getida officials believe, “Sellers should be evaluating historical Prime Day sales and planning their inventory ordering accordingly—taking into account Amazon’s recent FBA fee changes and leveraging 3PL storage to supplement their FBA inventory.”
