LAS VEGAS – When a premium home décor company faced rising competition, Prosper exhibitor Seller Drive Global systematically addressed the company’s multiple challenges. According to Brijendra Dharampuria (pictured below), founder and CEO, Seller Drive optimized the company’s product listings, expanded keyword targeting, and improved multiple aspects of the marketing strategy. Results included a 20% increase in branded share and voice, an 18% boost in conversion rates, and improvements in several key markers.

Established in 2018, Seller Drive has honed its operations, providing comprehensive e-commerce  solutions, particularly for platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and TikTok. Services encompass account management, marketing, graphic design, and advertising—aiming to drive growth and profitability for clients. Prosper Pathway sat down with Dharampuria to learn more about why Prosper attendees should stop by Booth #540 when Prosper convenes March 10-12 at The Wynn Las Vegas.

Pathway: Why have you decided to exhibit at Prosper later this year?
Dharampuria: We’re exhibiting at Prosper 2026 to connect with established Amazon brands that are ready to scale with more control, stronger execution, and predictable results. Prosper brings together serious operators looking for US-standard accountability and scalable support. It’s the ideal place to start conversations with brands seeking a long-term growth partner, and with brands ready to scale profitably.

Pathway: What is your odyssey in the world of online selling?
Dharampuria: I started my journey in e-commerce more than a decade ago, working closely with marketplace sellers through every stage of growth. Seller Drive was co-founded to address a clear gap in the market—the need for US-standard execution combined with scalable, reliable support. Having operated across both Eastern and Western business environments, I saw the opportunity to blend the best of both worlds.

Our hybrid approach allows brands to focus on their core expertise while we handle disciplined execution through a US-led model and a fully in-house global team. This unique structure enables high-quality delivery at optimized cost, driving sustainable growth, stronger margins, and long-term success.

Pathway: What would you say to online sellers who are hesitant to hire outside help for marketing/creative solutions?
Dharampuria: That hesitation usually comes from losing control over listings, ad performance, or brand standards. At scale, Amazon requires tightly integrated execution across PPC, creatives, catalog, and compliance. When these functions run with defined SOPs, SLAs, and performance KPIs, external support becomes an extension of your operation—not a risk. The right partner works inside your processes, protects your data, and improves execution speed without disrupting account stability or increasing internal management load.

Pathway: What is the biggest misconception about enhancing an e-commerce presence?
Dharampuria: The biggest misconception is that improving an e-commerce presence automatically means higher costs and heavier infrastructure. When you’re aligned with the right partner, that assumption often proves wrong. With a unified execution model and the right mix of skills working together, brands can scale more efficiently—not expensively. When execution is coordinated across functions, growth becomes scalable across channels and regions, without unnecessary overhead.

Pathway: What’s your level of optimism for 2026?
Dharampuria: I’m optimistic about 2026 because 2025 acted as a necessary reset for the industry. It forced sellers to re-evaluate how they source products, manage costs, and structure their operations. That learning curve has largely been absorbed, and every reset like this leads to stronger, more intentional planning. As we move into 2026, we’ll see sellers move faster by adopting the right tools and choosing the right operating partners—reducing trial-and-error and focusing on execution rather than reacting. That shift is what creates confidence and momentum going forward.
