How do I qualify as an Attendee?
To qualify for an Attendee pass, you must operate a business that actively sells products on one or more online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or Shopify or on your own ecommerce site. Employees, owners of solution or service providers, consultants, and any businesses that supply products or services to a marketplace seller must purchase a Provider (Non-Exhibiting) All-Access Pass or purchase an exhibit booth. Registrations will be audited, flagged, and reclassified if they do not meet the proper criteria. The difference in pass price must be paid prior to receiving confirmation. (see: Provider Pass).
Are there group discounts available?
Yes. Group discounts apply when three or more attendees register together under the same organization. Discounts are automatically applied during registration once your group size qualifies.
How do I qualify for a Provider Pass?
If your company offers services, software, or tools that support sellers including logistics, marketing, data, or technology solutions and you are not exhibiting, you qualify for a Provider All-Access Pass. If your goal is to demo, sell, or capture leads, we recommend securing an exhibit booth instead for the best experience and value.
What is a Provider Pass?
The Provider All-Access Pass is for solution providers, agencies, and technology companies that support marketplace sellers but are not exhibiting at Prosper. This pass allows you to attend sessions, access the Expo Hall for observation, and participate in networking events while maintaining Prosper’s fair, non-solicitation environment.
What is the cancellation policy for passes?
Any and all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. This includes all tickets and passes of any kind, without exception. Promo codes are not valid for prior purchases.
Do you offer kosher food?
Yes, kosher food is offered as an option if your ticket includes meals. Please indicate your dietary preference during registration.

- Attendee grants Emerald the right to use Attendee’s name, image, and likeness, including but not limited to any photographs or video taken of you at the show, for marketing purposes.
- ATTENTION: Exhibitors and Sponsors at Prosper Show may utilize badge scanning in order to follow up with you after the show. Please be aware that by permitting an exhibitor/sponsor to scan your badge, your contact information including address, email, phone & fax will be shared with the exhibitor/sponsor, and Prosper Show will no longer be in control of how your information is used. - Emerald reserves the right to accept, reject or prohibit registration for or attendance at its events at any time for any reason.
- Attendee expressly assumes, and releases Emerald and any affiliates from, all risks, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, whether or not reasonably foreseeable, associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with Attendee’s participation, presence or sampling of any products at the event, including, without limitation, all risks of harm, damage, illness (including viruses or illness from any communicable disease or from any sampled products) or injury (including death) to or related to Attendee and his or her person or property.
- Attendee expressly agrees to fully comply with applicable CDC, state and local health official guidelines relating to all current health and safety measures and protocols (including those related to COVID, if any) required by Emerald and the venue for attendance at Prosper Show.
