As Channable enters its second decade, Jessica Laan joins the company at a pivotal moment, bringing a wealth of experience in eCommerce, sales, and marketing, as well as a track record of driving significant growth in global markets. “With Channable celebrating its 10th anniversary, it’s an incredible time to join the team, and I’m excited to contribute to the company’s next phase of growth,” she shared.
As CRO, Jessica will lead the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, focusing on driving collaboration and accelerating growth. Her extensive background in eCommerce, coupled with her hands-on experience in managing marketplaces, digital media ads, and social commerce, positions her to make a significant impact at Channable.
Before joining Channable, Jessica held leadership roles at global companies in the consumer electronics sector, including Sonos and Dyson. At Sonos, she led Global Direct Expansion, successfully launching the marketplaces business across Europe and North America. As head of Direct at Dyson, she was responsible for Direct-to-Consumer sales, performance marketing, and select partnerships.
She also gained valuable international experience at Sony, where she held several GTM roles based out of the Benelux, the Nordics, as well as the UK, and Japan. Jessica holds a Masters in Strategic Management from the University of Rotterdam. This diverse experience has given her a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities within the global eCommerce and marketing landscape, which she now brings to Channable.
