Meher's core belief is simple: the era of search-only advertising on Amazon is over. The customer buying journey is no longer linear — it's multi-step, multi-touchpoint, and multi-attributed. Expecting your best ROAS from the single most expensive click in the funnel is a strategy with a ceiling. The real unlock is full-funnel visibility — being present across awareness, consideration, and conversion — and that's where Amazon DSP and AMC become essential, not optional.

That conviction led him to build what didn't exist. In April 2025, Meher launched Hector's self-serve DSP and AMC platform — at a time when programmatic advertising on Amazon was gated behind minimum spend commitments, fixed fees, and a steep learning curve that kept the vast majority of sellers out. AMC, Amazon's most powerful analytics engine, was even further out of reach — reserved for technical teams with SQL expertise and enterprise resources. Meher's vision was to make both easy to understand, easy to start, and easy to run. Audience creation, campaign setup, full-funnel strategy — all simplified so any seller could launch DSP campaigns in minutes, not weeks.

The market responded. Over $1.4 million in ad spend flowed through Hector's Self-Serve DSP & AMC Platform, with 80% of users being first-time DSP advertisers or sellers who had previously tried DSP elsewhere and walked away dissatisfied. 90% continued to reinvest. Months later, Amazon itself followed the same direction, announcing the democratization of DSP access at unBoxed in November 2025.

Meher's work has been recognized with the Amazon Ads Innovation Award 2025 for integrating Amazon Ads inside WhatsApp powered by Amazon MCP, and the Amazon Ads Partner Award 2025 in Seasonal Sales Strategy. Hector was also selected as a Beta Partner for Amazon's MCP Server, working directly with Amazon's API team to shape the future of AI-powered advertising on the platform.

Most recently, Meher launched Hector MCP — 30+ tools that let you read, analyse, and act on Amazon Ads in bulk through the latest LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude, and build autonomous advertising agents inside platforms like n8n, OpenClaw, and Claude Code.
