With a background as an engineer and entrepreneur people often ask me, “How did you get into the natural and organic industry?”

This move into the world of food over ten years ago was sparked by a change in my diet that transformed my life. I quickly learned that choices about what we eat can not only heal our body, but also has a significant impact on our communities and our environment. 

My goal is to drive growth for CPG brands in the natural and organic food & beverage and wellness sectors. I'm data obsessed with 8+ years’ experience in ecommerce specializing in D2C / Shopify, Amazon, digital advertising, retail media, and delivering cohesive omnichannel strategies.
