2025 Registration Pass Pricing
Please Note: To qualify for an Attendee All-Access or Attendee Expo Hall Only pass, you must be actively engaged as a marketplace seller whether it’s Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, or your own website. Employees, owners of solution or service providers, consultants and any businesses that supply products or services to a marketplace seller must purchase a Provider All Access Pass or purchase an exhibit booth. Registrations will be audited, flagged and reclassified if they do not meet the proper criteria. The difference in pass price must be paid prior to receiving confirmation.

How do I qualify as a seller?
To qualify for an Attendee Full Access, Attendee Conference or Attendee Expo Only pass, you must be actively engaged as a marketplace seller whether it’s Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, or your own website. Employees, owners of solution or service providers, consultants and any businesses that supply products or services to a marketplace seller must purchase a Non Exhibiting All Access Pass or purchase an exhibit booth. Registrations will be audited, flagged and reclassified if they do not meet the proper criteria. The difference in pass price must be paid prior to receiving confirmation.
How do I qualify as a provider?
Employees, owners for solution or service providers, consultants and any businesses that supply products or services to a marketplace seller who intend to attend the Prosper Show must purchase a Provider All Access Pass. Registrations will be audited, flagged and reclassified and a the balance difference for the pass will be collected.
Are there group discounts available?
GROUP DISCOUNT
- Groups of 4-7: 10% discount
- Groups of 8+: 15% discount
- A point person must register all attendees in one transaction for the discount to be activated at checkout

Cancellation Policy: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, including all tickets and passes of any kind. Promo codes are not valid for prior purchases. Cancellation and refund requests for paid registrations must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected].

- Emerald reserves the right to use photographs/video taken of you at the show for marketing purposes.
- ATTENTION: Exhibitors and Sponsors at Prosper Show 2025 may utilize badge scanning in order to follow up with you after the show. Please be aware that by permitting an exhibitor/sponsor to scan your badge, your contact information including address, email, phone & fax will be shared with the exhibitor/sponsor, and Prosper Show will no longer be in control of how your information is used. - Emerald reserves the right to accept, reject or prohibit registration for or attendance at its events at any time for any reason.
- Attendee expressly assumes, and releases Emerald and any affiliates from, all risks, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, whether or not reasonably foreseeable, associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with Attendee’s participation or presence at Prosper Show, including, without limitation, all risks of harm, damage, illness (including virus or illness from any communicable disease) or injury (including death) to or related to Attendee and his or her property.
- Attendee expressly agrees to fully comply with appropriate COVID-19 health and safety measures and protocols for attendance at the event, including the requirement to wear face masks at all times and maintain appropriate social distance. If needed, Emerald will have limited face masks available for those attendees who do not bring their own masks to the event. Emerald reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event for failure to adhere to the required COVID-19 health and safety measures and protocols for attendance at the event.
